users who advertise their property / product / service with us or subscribe to

Improvement project tender. Please refer to our packages for more details. 2. How do I decide which package is most
suitable to my business? We have 8
packages for different category of customers. The features for all 8 packages
differentiate from one another to cater for the different needs of different
businesses. You may view our package details and prices by clicking into the Package
menu at www.propertyplaza.com.my, selecting the package best match
your business nature, and clicking on view details to explore the full
specification of the features. Below is
a summary table of all the packages and their dedicated advertisers.

in and create your advertisement / posting by filling up an easy online form. At the mean time, an invoice will be sent to your personal
e-mail account after your purchase. Please read the payment condition stated in
the invoice and proceed with the payment. The advertisement created earlier would be
automatically up once payment confirmed. (Note: Get ready your property, product or service details
as information input to your advertisement prior to creating posting.) 5. How do I use the search engine to
accurately customize my search? Option 1: Quick Search You are required to select a State and a Category of Search
Item from the drop down menu of your choice to display all the listing matching
the criteria. Option 2: Detail Search STEP 1 - Select a category from the search
menu STEP 2 - Select a State from the STEP 3 - Fill up the search details and thick
the location / town STEP 4 - Submit your search STEP 5 - Browse the search results and
click on “more details” to display advertisements 6. What is My Dream Property meant for? This
section is specially designed for users looking for reselling properties with
special specification. Information
submitted by users would automatically forward to real estate agencies of the
particular State or town. Agents with the
said properties would contact the buyers for further discussion and arrangement. 7. What is Home Improvement Section in
the homepage meant for? This section
is specially designed for users thinking of renovating their properties. Information
submitted by users would automatically forward to Interior Designers and
Contractors of the particular State or town. Interior designers and contractors
received the said enquiries would contact or provide quotation based on the
